We have been working on the site feverishly. Mediamoses.com has been getting better but not growing- yet. Growth is not the point, right now. We are getting the site working perfectly first. We have gone from an okay wordpress site to starting a substack on the side (to gather a few subs), to starting a ghost.org site which we are now migrating to.
Wordpress is a bit convoluted and difficult when things go wrong, and with so many plugins they can go wrong plenty. The Substack experience is far better, but it doesn't have the dynamism of the news website and branding we are looking to cultivate. This works for Substack but doesn’t work for us. So we are migrating to ghost.org to solve much of this problem.
After this migration, including all of our articles, we will be closing out the wordpress and substack. Then hopefully we will get CW started. We have filmed only a few times, but mostly we had to start working on OBS and discord in order to get things going the right way. In order to take calls, get remote meetings going well, and to livestream, this takes more than simply filming & editing. It takes much more. So, we are learning this game.

We've been preparing to be able to livestream here on locals & rumble, so this has taken some time because we wanted to get our YouTube up first and get videos going.
Mission accomplished!
Today I am writing the Media Moses Monthly Address, so this limits my video work today, but I am uploading to rumble now, which may be a better video link to use here on Locals since they are somewhat integrated. This ought to also make it easier for me to use rumble studio to do livestreams. We will see.
I love the YouTube platform, but I've also always known that I should hold them at a distance. My attempt is to really draw more Youtubers over here to the rumble/locals ecosystem. In a way they are both a back up for each other, in case the other fails. Who knows, I might even end up starting an Odysee or a Zion account to put my videos on a third platform to prevent any of it being lost. Who knows?
